Description
Social Media Development and Implementation 70%
• Develop and implement a social media/online engagement plan that will establish a more consistent social media presence across our current platform mix of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Work with the management team to create a budget to be in alignment with this plan.
• Create, implement and manage an optimal posting calendar on a monthly basis
• Create consistent engaging text, image, and video content using all available resources currently available including drone/areal video and images
• Work with the operations and production teams to determine which upcoming projects have the highest potential to generate positive customer engagement and traffic with a proactive approach to ensure the coordination between the social media and the work flow of the project are in alignment.
• Monitor, track and generate monthly reports on social media traffic and customer engagement metrics using available platform data.
• Identify other potential media platforms that are currently not being used to determine the cost/benefit of expansion into those platforms based on current trends
Customer Engagement 20%
• Reach out to current/past customers in order to solicit feedback to generate an increase in online reviews, referrals and recommendations to tie into the social media program
• Create, manage and implement a customer reward/loyalty program
• Create quick, individualized thank-you responses to customer online reviews
Promotions 10%
• Identify, attend, and track potential community based events and shows with the main intent of creating a fun and positive customer engagement
• Develop, and maintain a company philanthropic program that is in alignment with our core values and vision.
