UW Advertising Club
Ad Club is a registered student organization affiliated with the American Advertising Federation. Ad Club holds biweekly meetings with guest speakers from the profession and facilitates socials, field trips and creative opportunities for students wishing to gain experience in the field of advertising.

Association for Women in Communications
AWC is the UW–Madison student chapter of the national organization. It holds biweekly meetings featuring speakers from the communication field who share advice and insight into the professional world. AWC also facilitates field trips to big market cities, holds socials and provides volunteer experience for women at UW–Madison interested in the communications industry.

Association for Women in Sports Media
AWSM is a chapter of the national brand of the Association for Women in Sports Media. The group's sole focus is to connect and empower women and men in the industry and to build a stronger support system for all. We hold bi-weekly meetings that include speakers, game watches, roundtables and field trips.

The Badger Herald
The Badger Herald is the one of the nation’s largest fully independent student daily newspapers. They have opportunities in news, sports, features, arts, graphics and business.
The Black Voice
The Black Voice is an online magazine produced by and for Black students attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bucky PR
Bucky PR is UW–Madison's first and only student-run PR firm. Students gain hand-on experience in PR and marketing by providing complimentary promotional services to real clients.

CURB Magazine
Curb is a magazine produced annually in the fall semester by students of J417: Magazine and Publishing. Students study the modern magazine industry as they produce professional quality magazine articles for multimedia platforms, including print, website and tablet devices.

The Daily Cardinal
The Daily Cardinal is the sixth-oldest student newspaper in the country. They have opportunities in opinion, graphics, photography, news, arts, sports, science, life and style, multimedia and business.
Moda Magazine
Moda Magazine is UW-Madison's premiere life and style publication. Founded in 2013, the magazine aims to engage and inspire robust dialogue surrounding culture, arts and fashion and publishes both online and printed issues.

Public Relations Student Society of America
PRSSA, UW–Madison Chapter, holds biweekly meetings during the academic year, featuring guest speakers from a variety of communication fields. These meetings offer networking opportunities with professionals, the ability to develop PR and communication skills through hands-on activities, and the chance to meet other students interested in public relations, communication, journalism or marketing.
