About the Project
Hi, I’m Chris Notaro, a Madison-based entrepreneur and healthcare technology executive. I lead Untangle Health, a commercialization studio helping technology companies succeed in healthcare. I’m launching a video content marketing experiment blending healthcare-industry insight with YouTube-style golf storytelling. The goal: film a 2-3 hour golf simulator session and turn it into a library of short, medium, and long-form clips for B2B content and social use.
What You’ll Do
• This isn’t a coffee-run internship, it’s a hands-on production assistant role where you’ll own the entire shoot logistics and media workflow:
• Coordinate and capture a three-camera iPhone shoot.
• Monitor sound quality and basic lighting in the simulator bay.
• Label, store, and back up all audio and video files at shoot’s end (Google Drive or external drive).
• Create organized folders for short-, medium-, and long-form content editing.
• Assist in rough-cut assembly or highlight-reel creation (CapCut or similar).
• Communicate directly with Chris to confirm logistics, timing, and deliverables.
What You’ll Need
• Experience or coursework in video production, journalism, or digital storytelling.
• Familiarity with iPhone camera settings, basic audio recording, and file management.
• Familiarity with basic editing tools like CapCut or similar for short and medium form
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—you’ll be the one making sure nothing gets lost or mislabeled.
• Access to transportation to the shoot location (within Madison).
What You’ll Get
• Paid, résumé-level experience producing for a real company and founder with a national footprint in healthcare and tech.
• Flexible scheduling and an opportunity to turn a single shoot into an ongoing content-production role.
Commitment: Short-term project (approx. 3 hours for shooting, TBD on editing)
Compensation: Stipend for pilot session, plus portfolio credit and on-site meal
Dates: Targeting early November (1–2 days total, flexible scheduling)
