Description
The Editor position at Zissman Media is a full-time, post-college job for anyone who loves to geek out over the written word – AP Style rules, client-specific editorial guidelines and more. We write content for Risk and Commercial Insurance Companies. We service B2B companies – companies whose clients are other businesses. We write everything from research reports and eBooks to Executive articles on Forbes and Fast Company, all under the flag of Thought Leadership. Our editor will be an integral part of our small team, working hands-on with our owner and COO and content writers to edit and shape the content our clients are looking for. We are a small women-led team in Chicago but do outsized work for our clients! Because we write about risk and insurance topics, we write about nearly every market vertical – from Cannabis to Real Estate to Transportation and Agribusiness. Our insurance clients work in every industry and so we get to know a lot about every industry. We are increasingly working with international clients as well and needing to write about international risk. This job will be for an editor that enjoys learning about every topic under the sun and understands businesses and how they work.
